The results day stocks October 16 list is one of the fullest we have seen this September-quarter season. NSE’s corporate event calendar has 24 listed companies holding board meetings on Friday, October 16, 2026, to approve financial results, and for once banking is not the whole story. There’s a large housing financier (Bajaj Housing Finance), a consumer electricals maker (Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals), two of the most-watched realty names (DLF and Oberoi Realty), an IT services company (LTM, formerly LTIMindtree), a new-age consumer platform (Urban Company), and a long tail of mid and small caps. Below we go through who is reporting, what each company has already told the exchanges, when the management calls are, and which numbers deserve a close look once the filings land. Nothing had been released when we wrote this, before the market opened.
The schedule comes from the NSE corporate filings event calendar, cross-checked against the board-meeting list in NDTV Profit’s pre-market brief for October 16, which names the same larger companies. Call timings and business updates are from each company’s own exchange filings, linked as we go.

Results day stocks October 16: who is on the calendar
These are the companies NSE lists with a “Financial Results” purpose for October 16, 2026. Most boards are approving numbers for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 (Q2 FY27).
- Large and mid caps (non-bank): Bajaj Housing Finance, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, DLF, LTM, Oberoi Realty, Urban Company, Tejas Networks, Shoppers Stop, Jindal Saw, Himadri Speciality Chemical, E2E Networks, Solara Active Pharma Sciences.
- Banks: Federal Bank, Punjab National Bank, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.
- Smaller companies: Aurum PropTech, Indo Rama Synthetics (India), Jayaswal Neco Industries, Modison, Onward Technologies, Paushak, Raghav Productivity Enhancers, SG Finserve, Tiger Logistics (India).
Some agendas carry more than results. Oberoi Realty’s board will also look at a second interim dividend, and LTM’s board may consider an interim dividend too. Urban Company and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank both have fundraising items on the same day; NSE describes Ujjivan’s as a preferential issue of equity shares. Mangalam Global Enterprise shows up on the calendar as well, but its management committee is meeting on non-convertible debentures of up to ₹150 crore, not results.
Where these stocks stood going in
The broader market handed the results crowd a strong backdrop. On Thursday, October 15, the Sensex closed at 74,315.61, up 1,533.72 points or 2.11%, and the Nifty 50 settled at 22,997.35, up 374.65 points or 1.66%, according to NDTV Profit’s recap. The reporters themselves were all over the place. Going by the NSE bhavcopy for October 15, Shoppers Stop rose 2.88% to ₹384.00 and Federal Bank gained 1.52% to ₹335.00, while E2E Networks fell 5.00% to ₹710.90 and Urban Company dropped 4.62% to ₹154.31. Bajaj Housing Finance slipped 0.91% to ₹83.78 and Crompton eased 0.21% to ₹215.55. Plenty of these names simply sat out the index rally, and that starting point will colour how the market reads their numbers.
On a crowded results day, the reaction depends less on whether profit rose and more on whether the quarter answers the specific question each stock has been carrying.
Bajaj Housing Finance: the update is out, the margin is not
Bajaj Housing Finance’s board meets to approve unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and the company has an earnings conference call at 5:30 pm IST on October 16, according to its call intimation filed on NSE.
The headline business numbers are already public. In a provisional Q2 update dated October 3, the company said:
- Gross disbursements were about ₹19,930 crore in Q2 FY27, against ₹15,914 crore in Q2 FY26, roughly 25% higher year-on-year by our calculation from those two figures.
- Assets under management (AUM) grew 25% year-on-year to about ₹1,58,190 crore as of September 30, 2026, from ₹1,26,749 crore a year earlier. AUM rose by about ₹8,566 crore during the quarter.
- Loan assets stood at about ₹1,39,850 crore, against ₹1,13,059 crore a year earlier, which works out to about 24% year-on-year growth.
The company flagged that these figures are provisional and subject to auditor review. The June quarter set a high bar. As Livemint reported, Q1 FY27 profit rose 22.6% year-on-year to ₹715.28 crore, net interest income (NII) rose 9% year-on-year to ₹968 crore, AUM was ₹1,49,624 crore as of June 30 (up 24% year-on-year), and disbursements were ₹19,509 crore, up 33% year-on-year. Gross and net NPA were 0.29% and 0.12%.
Put those side by side and two things jump out. Q2 disbursements of about ₹19,930 crore were only a touch above Q1’s ₹19,509 crore, a sequential rise of a little over 2% by our calculation, after a 33% year-on-year jump in Q1. And in Q1, NII grew 9% while AUM grew 24%, which tells you spreads are under pressure. That gap is what we’d watch today. If NII keeps trailing balance-sheet growth by that much, profit will have to lean on fees, lower credit costs or tighter operations. Asset quality, very clean at the end of June, is the other check. The stock closed at ₹83.78 on NSE on October 15, below the ₹87.53 BSE close Livemint reported on the Q1 results day.
Crompton Greaves Consumer: can price hikes carry growth?
Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals holds its Q2 FY27 earnings call at 5:00 pm IST on October 16, per its exchange intimation. The managing director and CEO, the CFO and the heads of home electricals, lighting, pumps and kitchen appliances, plus the Butterfly subsidiary, are all listed on the call.
The June quarter is the yardstick. According to the Economic Times (PTI) report on Q1 FY27, consolidated net profit rose 15.17% year-on-year to ₹142.7 crore from ₹123.9 crore, and revenue from operations rose 11.84% year-on-year to ₹2,235.02 crore. The company said its EBITDA margin expanded by 20 basis points to 10%. By segment, electric consumer durables revenue rose 10.5% to ₹1,754.14 crore, lighting rose 15.38% to ₹268.81 crore, and Butterfly rose 18.36% to ₹212.07 crore, all year-on-year. Commodity inflation pushed costs up, and the company said it took price hikes ranging from high single digits to low double digits across categories.
So the Q2 question is simple to state and harder to answer. Can revenue keep growing at double digits when a big chunk of that growth is price, not volume, and do margins hold as cost inflation works through? The share price suggests the market isn’t convinced. Crompton closed at ₹215.55 on NSE on October 15, against the ₹268 BSE close ET reported on the Q1 results day in August. On the call, listen for what management says about fan and pump demand, how much of the inflation has been passed on, and whether lighting and Butterfly are still outpacing the core business.
DLF and Oberoi Realty: numbers now, explanations later
DLF’s board will approve unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The odd bit is that its analyst call isn’t on results day. Its October 14 filing puts the investor call on Saturday, October 17, at 12:00 noon IST, so the numbers could be out well before management talks about them. One data point helps anchor sales expectations: on October 4, DLF said in an exchange-filed press release that it had sold out The Aureva, a 172-residence luxury project in Sector 63, Gurugram, for sales of about ₹1,985 crore. The stock closed 0.54% higher at ₹670.50 on October 15.
Oberoi Realty’s board meets to approve results and weigh a second interim dividend, per the NSE calendar. Its conference call on Q2 FY27 results and business updates is set for Monday, October 19, at 4:00 pm IST. The stock closed at ₹1,708.00 on October 15, up 0.12%.
With developers, reported revenue tends to follow project completion and recognition, so it can lurch from one quarter to the next. Bookings, collections and net debt usually tell you more about momentum than the profit line. For daily sector context, our Stock Market Today India hub is the place to look.
LTM: results, a possible interim dividend and an evening call
LTM, the former LTIMindtree, will approve unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year, along with the auditor’s limited review report. Its October 8 board-meeting intimation says the board may also consider an interim dividend on its Re 1 face-value shares. If one is declared, the record date is Friday, October 23, 2026. The earnings call is at 18:00 IST on October 16, and the company says a recording and transcript will go up on its investor relations page. The stock closed at ₹4,235.00 on October 15, up 0.21%. Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Persistent reported a day earlier, so LTM’s deal wins and revenue growth will be measured straight against that peer set.
Urban Company, Shoppers Stop, E2E and the consumer-tech cluster
Urban Company will approve unaudited standalone and consolidated results and hold its earnings call from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm IST on October 16, per its October 9 filing. NSE’s calendar also shows a separate board item on fundraising, with no further detail. The stock fell 4.62% to ₹154.31 on October 15, so the size and structure of any raise may matter as much as the quarter itself.
Shoppers Stop has a results board meeting with “other business matters” on the agenda and an earnings call at 5:00 pm IST. Its October 15 session was a wild one: the NSE bhavcopy shows an intraday high of ₹430.95 against a close of ₹384.00, up 2.88%, on volume of about 1.75 crore shares.
E2E Networks has its earnings call for 4:00 pm IST, subject to the results being approved and announced. The stock trades in NSE’s BE series and closed 5.00% lower at ₹710.90 on October 15.
When a company schedules its call for the next day or the next week, the first trade after the numbers comes without management’s explanation, so the filing itself has to carry the story.
The rest of the non-bank list
- Tejas Networks: results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The stock closed at ₹468.25, up 0.85%.
- Jindal Saw: results for the period ended September 30, 2026. Closed at ₹299.20, up 0.71%.
- Himadri Speciality Chemical: results for the period ended September 30, 2026. Closed at ₹662.85, down 0.17%.
- Solara Active Pharma Sciences: unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year. Closed at ₹648.80, up 1.27%.
- Smaller reporters: Aurum PropTech, Indo Rama Synthetics, Jayaswal Neco Industries, Modison, Onward Technologies, Paushak, Raghav Productivity Enhancers, SG Finserve and Tiger Logistics.
Every closing price above is from the NSE bhavcopy for October 15, 2026, and the agenda descriptions are as NSE’s event calendar lists them.
Federal Bank, PNB and Ujjivan in brief
Three lenders report today as well. Federal Bank closed at ₹335.00 (up 1.52%), Punjab National Bank at ₹115.05 (down 2.91%), and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank at ₹64.50 (down 0.98%) on October 15. Ujjivan’s board will also consider raising funds through a preferential issue of equity shares. Tracking a crowded results day without getting whipsawed
Results usually hit the exchanges during or after market hours, and the first price move often comes before the earnings call has explained anything. A few habits help:
- Read the filing, not just the headline. Check whether a growth number is year-on-year or quarter-on-quarter, and standalone or consolidated. Bajaj Housing Finance, for instance, is approving standalone results, while DLF and LTM report both.
- Compare with what’s already out. Where a company has put out a business update, as Bajaj Housing Finance did, the AUM and disbursement figures are largely known. Any surprise will be in margins, costs and credit quality.
- Keep the call times handy. Crompton and Shoppers Stop are at 5:00 pm, Bajaj Housing Finance at 5:30 pm, LTM at 6:00 pm, and Urban Company from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. E2E is at 4:00 pm. DLF waits until Saturday noon and Oberoi until Monday afternoon.
- Mind the dividend record dates. If LTM declares an interim dividend, its record date is already fixed for October 23.

Where that leaves Friday
NSE’s calendar has 24 results board meetings on October 16, and most of the interest is outside banking. Bajaj Housing Finance has already shown roughly 25% year-on-year AUM growth, so the margin is what’s left to learn. Crompton needs to prove that price-led growth can hold up. DLF and Oberoi Realty will publish numbers before they take analyst questions, and LTM, Urban Company, Shoppers Stop and E2E each have something extra on the table, from a possible dividend to a fundraising plan. Federal Bank, PNB and Ujjivan fill out the day. Everything above is pre-results context; the actual quarterly numbers will come from the companies’ filings as the day goes on.
