The Polycab India Q2 results date is Thursday, October 15, 2026. Polycab India Limited’s October 6 board-meeting intimation to BSE and NSE says the board meets that day to consider, approve and take on record unaudited standalone and consolidated results, with limited review reports, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. ET Markets flags Polycab as one of the notable Thursday names in a week when about 129 companies report Q2 FY27 numbers. Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Nestlé India, HDFC Life and Jio Financial Services share the slot.

Polycab India Q2 results date and the earnings call
The call with investors and analysts is the same Thursday at 5:30 pm IST and should run about 60 minutes, according to the company’s October 10 Regulation 30 intimation. The invite says results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 come out on October 15, followed by a short management discussion and Q&A. Audio and a transcript go up on the investor-relations page of polycab.com within the prescribed time after the call.
Designated persons and their immediate relatives can’t trade from October 1, 2026 to October 17, 2026, both days included. In other words, the window stays shut until 48 hours after the board meeting ends. The October 6 intimation confirmed this, as did the earlier September 28 trading-window notice.
Where Q1 FY27 left the bar
Thursday’s numbers will be judged against Polycab’s Q1 FY27 press release for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company called it its highest-ever first quarter for revenue, EBITDA and profitability. The consolidated figures from that filing:
- Revenue: ₹82,097 million (roughly ₹8,210 crore), 39% higher year-on-year.
- EBITDA: ₹11,362 million (roughly ₹1,136 crore), up 32%, at a 13.8% margin.
- PAT: ₹7,967 million (roughly ₹797 crore), up 33%, at a 9.7% margin.
- Wires & Cables: revenue rose 39% year-on-year and domestic W&C 43%, while international revenue fell 13%.
- FMEG: revenue jumped 71% year-on-year, with an FMEG EBIT margin of 8.0%.
- EPC: revenue slipped 11% year-on-year because of project timing; EBIT margin was 11.0%.
So what are we watching in Q2? First, whether domestic wires and cables keep their pace. Second, whether FMEG margins keep moving toward the company’s stated 8–10% EBITDA aspiration by FY30. Third, whether the international and EPC order books turn into sequential revenue. It also helps to read Thursday’s print alongside the same-day life-insurance and IT results, meaning HDFC Life and the mid-cap IT names on ET Markets’ calendar. Our HDFC Life Q2 results date note has that insurer’s board meeting and 4:15 pm call.
