Four Adani companies report this week, and they all come in a three-day stretch. According to Livemint’s October 18 round-up, the Adani Group Q2 results calendar runs from Wednesday, October 21 to Friday, October 23. Adani Green Energy goes first, then Adani Energy Solutions and Adani Total Gas, then Adani Power. Each board will approve standalone and consolidated numbers for the July-September quarter and the first half of FY27.
Adani Group Q2 results dates, company by company
We checked each date against the company’s own filing or a report based on it, not just the round-up.
- Adani Green Energy, Wednesday, October 21. The company’s investor relations page lists the Q2 FY27 board meeting for that day. A PSU Connect report on its October 10 intimation adds that the analyst call is on Thursday, October 22 at 11:00 am IST.
- Adani Energy Solutions, Thursday, October 22. Its October 5 letter to the exchanges fixes the board meeting for that day, with investor calls on Friday, October 23.
- Adani Total Gas, Thursday, October 22. Livemint gives the board date. The company’s October 13 filing on BSE sets the post-results call for Friday, October 23 at 12:30 pm IST.
- Adani Power, Friday, October 23. PSU Connect’s report on the September 28 intimation confirms the date, and says the analyst call is on Monday, October 26.
Insider trading windows tell the same story. Adani Green’s reopens on October 23. Adani Energy Solutions and Adani Power both reopen on October 26, which is 48 hours after their numbers come out.
Where the four stocks stand going in
The prices below are the BSE closing figures Livemint quoted for the last session before the weekend.
- Adani Power closed at ₹195.75, down 0.28%, with a market value of ₹3,77,497.90 crore. It is the group’s best performer of the four over three years, at roughly 196%, and it is up 24.44% over one year.
- Adani Green Energy closed at ₹1,300, down 0.46%, with a market value of ₹2,14,132.90 crore. It is up 22.64% over one year but still down 25.78% over two.
- Adani Energy Solutions closed at ₹1,360 on Friday, October 16, down 0.54%, with a market value of ₹1,66,321.81 crore. Its one-year gain is the largest of the four at 43.6%.
- Adani Total Gas closed at ₹579.55, up 0.40%, with a market value of ₹63,739.49 crore. It is the only one of the four that is lower over one year (down 6.79%) and over two years (down 22.36%).
If you add those four market values, the total comes to about ₹8.22 lakh crore. That is a lot of market value reporting in the space of three days.
What we will be watching
These four businesses are very different, so one headline number won’t tell you much. For the power generator and the transmission company, look at revenue and EBITDA alongside debt and interest costs. For the renewables arm, we would look at new capacity added and how much of it is actually running. For the city gas distributor, volumes and gas costs usually decide margins. Our guide to reading quarterly results walks through each of these lines.
The rest of this week’s calendar is busy too. Our Q2 results list for October 19 covers Monday’s names, and our power stocks note from October 16 shows how the sector traded going into results.
