Upcoming IPO this week: after a quiet Monday, the primary market wakes up on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. At least eight issues open between October 13 and October 15, and two of them are big offers for sale from Bonfiglioli Transmissions and Tonbo Imaging. On Monday itself no mainboard issue was open for bids, going by the exchange IPO book cited by TrendRipperX.

- Tonbo Imaging India: Oct 15-19, price band ₹665-700
- Sahajanand Medical Technologies: Oct 15-19

When we wrote this, our sources hadn’t reported price bands for Fusion CX, Sahajanand Medical or Zetwerk.
Bonfiglioli Transmissions: A ₹2,534 Crore Promoter Sale
The gearbox and drive maker is looking to raise up to ₹2,533.66 crore, CNBC-TV18 reported. All of it is an offer for sale of 4.32 crore shares by the Italian promoter, so not a rupee goes to the company.
A lot is 25 shares, which puts the minimum retail bid at ₹14,650 at the top of the band. Allotment is due on October 21, and the shares will likely list on NSE and BSE on October 23.
Tonbo Imaging: ₹852 Crore for a Defence Tech Name
Tonbo Imaging, a Bengaluru defence electronics company, is raising ₹852.18 crore. This one is also a pure OFS, of 1.22 crore shares, Upstox reported.
With a lot size of 21 shares, one lot costs ₹14,700 at the upper band. QIBs get half the net offer, retail 35% and non-institutional investors 15%. Anchor bidding happens on October 14, according to the abridged prospectus filed with SEBI, and listing is expected on October 23.
Monday’s SME Debut Fell Flat
R.K. Fashion Accessories listed on NSE SME at ₹80 on October 12, which is 2.44% below its ₹82 issue price. That happened even though the issue was subscribed 2.70 times, HDFC Sky reported, with QIBs bidding 14.11 times for the ₹34.99 crore issue.
So a decent subscription is no promise of a listing pop, more so when the wider market is weak.
The Mood on the Street
All of this is happening in a jittery market. The Sensex dropped 548 points on Monday as foreign selling carried on. Our report on why the market is down today has the full picture.
Big OFS-only issues mean existing shareholders are cashing out. Nothing unusual about that, but you should know who is selling and at what valuation.
Before You Apply
- Read the red herring prospectus on SEBI or the exchange websites, not just the headlines.
- See whether the money goes to the company (fresh issue) or to the sellers (OFS).
- Line up the valuation against listed peers.
- Treat the grey market premium as an unofficial hint, nothing more. Our explainer on what GMP in IPO means explains why.
Our pillar guide to IPO investing in India walks through the whole process, from bidding to allotment. This is news coverage, not a recommendation to apply.
