LTIMindtree Q2 results date, earnings call and dividend record date

A follow-up filing on 12 October set the Q2 FY27 earnings conference call for 6:00 PM IST that Friday. Management will start with a short talk on the quarter and then take questions. A recording and transcript will go up on the investor relations page, the company said.

  • Board meeting: Friday, 16 October 2026 (Q2 and H1 FY27, standalone and consolidated)
  • Earnings call: 16 October 2026, 6:00 PM IST
  • Interim dividend: the board may consider one; if declared, the record date is Friday, 23 October 2026
  • Trading window: closed from 1 October to 18 October 2026, both days inclusive

Don’t count on the dividend yet. The intimation only says the board “may also consider” an interim dividend on shares of face value Re 1 each. For reference, notes in the Q1 results filing show the company paid a final dividend of ₹53 per share for FY26, after shareholders approved it at the AGM on 1 June 2026.

What LTM reported in Q1 FY27

June is the baseline. LTM’s Q1 FY27 results and investor release, approved on 11 July 2026, showed dollar revenue of $1,223.5 million. That’s up 0.1% on the March quarter and 6.1% on a year earlier. In constant currency, growth was 0.3% quarter on quarter and 6.4% year on year.

Rupee revenue grew a lot faster, thanks to a weaker rupee: ₹1,16,080 million (about ₹11,608 crore), up 2.8% sequentially and 18.0% year on year. The company’s fact sheet gives an average USD/INR rate of 95.17 in Q1 FY27, against 89.88 a year before. EBIT margin came in at 15.5%, up 40 basis points on the quarter and 120 basis points on the year. Net profit excluding exceptional items was ₹14,686 million, up 9.5% from Q4 FY26 and 17.1% from Q1 FY26.

Q1 rupee revenue grew 18.0% year on year, but dollar revenue grew only 6.1%, so most of the rupee growth came from the exchange rate.

Some of that profit jump came from below the operating line. Other income rose to ₹5,218 million from ₹2,533 million in Q4 FY26, and the filing says a fair value gain on convertible instruments held in Voicing.AI was booked there. Order inflow was $1.68 billion, with 740 active clients and headcount of 87,886. CEO and MD Venu Lambu said in the release that the company is “confident that our growth momentum will continue to build through the year.”

Where LTM sits in results week

ET Markets’ earnings tracker has LTM reporting a day after IT peers Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Persistent Systems, all due on 15 October. Federal Bank, Bajaj Housing Finance, Crompton Greaves and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank report on 16 October too. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank follow on Saturday, 17 October. Our notes on the Tech Mahindra Q2 results date and the Persistent Systems Q2 results date cover the same group.

What it means for investors

The Q2 FY26 base is $1,180.1 million in dollar revenue and ₹1,03,943 million in rupee revenue, so you can work out year-on-year growth the minute the numbers land. We’d check three things. Does constant-currency growth pick up from Q1’s 0.3% sequential pace? Does the 15.5% EBIT margin hold? And how much of reported profit again comes from other income, not operations? Because peers report a day earlier, LTM shares may move on the Wipro and Tech Mahindra numbers before LTM’s own results are out. Our guide on how to analyse quarterly results explains each of these lines, and the Stock Market Today India hub tracks the week’s moves.
