The Jio Financial Q2 results date is Thursday, 15 October 2026. Jio Financial Services (NSE: JIOFIN, BSE: 543940) said so in a board meeting intimation filed with BSE and NSE on 8 October 2026. The board will meet that day to consider and approve standalone and consolidated unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Then on 12 October a second filing set the analyst presentation for 7:15 PM IST the same evening, once the board meeting is done.

Jio Financial Q2 results date and analyst presentation timing

The company’s 12 October exchange filing puts the analyst presentation on 15 October 2026 at 19.15 hours IST, on the JioEvents platform. Participants need to register before they can join. A transcript and a video of the session will go up on the company’s website and on the stock exchanges, it said.

  • Board meeting: Thursday, 15 October 2026
  • Results covered: quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 and H1 FY27), standalone and consolidated
  • Analyst presentation: 15 October 2026, 7:15 PM IST, after the board meeting

It won’t have the day to itself. ET Markets’ earnings tracker counts 129 companies reporting July-September quarter numbers this week. On 15 October alone it lists Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Persistent Systems and Nestle India next to Jio Financial, with HDFC Life, HDFC AMC, Angel One, IRFC, Polycab India and L&T Finance also on the schedule. We’re keeping the full list on our Q2 results calendar for the week.

What Q1 FY27 set up for the September quarter

The comparison base is the Q1 FY27 results and press release filed on 16 July 2026, along with the earnings presentation filed the same day. Consolidated numbers for the June quarter looked like this:

  • Profit after tax: ₹830 crore, up 156% from ₹325 crore in Q1 FY26.
  • Total income (excluding dividend): ₹1,496 crore, up 141% on the year and 47% higher than the ₹1,020 crore of Q4 FY26.
  • Pre-provisioning operating profit (excluding dividend): ₹505 crore, up 38% year on year.
  • Profit before tax: ₹970 crore, which includes ₹509 crore of dividend income. Strip out the dividend and PBT was ₹461 crore, up 18% year on year.
  • NBFC gross AUM: ₹30,667 crore. That’s 2.6 times the ₹11,665 crore of a year earlier, and up from ₹25,622 crore in March 2026.
  • Payments: Payments Bank deposits of ₹617 crore (1.7 times a year earlier), and total payment value in payment solutions of ₹19,208 crore (2.5 times).

CNBC-TV18’s Q1 report had the same headline numbers. The filing also showed consolidated finance cost of ₹418 crore in Q1, up 323% year on year. Total consolidated shareholders’ equity stood at ₹1.37 lakh crore on 30 June 2026, after a second promoter-group warrant tranche of ₹5,934 crore.

What investors will watch on 15 October

A good chunk of June’s headline profit came from ₹509 crore of dividend income. So the fairer comparison is the ex-dividend set: total income, pre-provisioning profit and PBT. For the lending arm, we’d look at three things. How fast NBFC AUM grows from ₹30,667 crore, whether that growth stays ahead of rising finance costs, and where provisions go after ₹25 crore in Q1. The payments bank and payment solutions numbers will show whether the operational turnaround the company talked about in Q1 is sticking. The results come after market hours on a packed day, so any price reaction will show up in the 16 October session. You can follow the day’s moves on our Stock Market Today India hub.
