The Fusion CX IPO closes October 16, 2026, with bids for the ₹702 crore mainboard issue accepted until 5:00 PM IST. The customer-experience solutions company priced the three-day book-built offer, which opened on October 14, in a band of ₹275–289 per share, according to Moneycontrol and Chittorgarh IPO details. If you haven’t applied yet, you have until the exchange cut-off today. Our earlier note on the Fusion CX IPO opening covers how the issue was set up on day one.

Fusion CX IPO closes October 16: key issue terms

  • Close date: Friday, October 16, 2026 (opened October 14).
  • Price band: ₹275–289 per share; face value ₹1.
  • Lot size: 51 shares; minimum retail application ₹14,739 at the upper band.
  • Issue size: up to ₹702 crore — fresh issue up to ₹500 crore (about 1.73 crore shares) plus an offer for sale (OFS) of about 69.90 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹202 crore.
  • Listing: tentative listing on BSE and NSE on October 22, 2026; basis of allotment expected October 19.

These terms line up with Moneycontrol’s pre-open report and Chittorgarh’s issue summary. One thing to keep straight: the OFS lets promoter-group sellers cash out part of their stake, and only the money from the fresh issue goes to the company.

Where the subscription book stood on the last day

Exchange book data compiled by Vocart Securities (citing NSE/BSE) showed the issue about 1.17× subscribed overall as of early morning on October 16, 2026, around 3:00 AM IST. Retail was the busiest at about 3.97×, NII stood near 1.53×, and QIB had barely started at about 0.05×. Treat these as interim numbers. The book stays open until 5:00 PM IST today, and the final subscription will only be clear after the close. When the retail portion is oversubscribed, allotment for valid one-lot applications usually comes down to a lottery.

The grey market number, and its limits

The last Fusion CX GMP reported by grey-market trackers was near ₹22 a share against the ₹289 upper band, roughly +7.6%. IPOtick noted that print as of October 15 and had not refreshed it on the morning of October 16. GMP is unofficial, speculative and not a guarantee of listing price or gains, so read it as a mood indicator next to the official subscription book, nothing more.

Allotment dates, refunds and where the money goes

Both Moneycontrol and Chittorgarh expect the allotment to be finalised on October 19, and the shares are tentatively set to list on October 22. Chittorgarh’s timetable puts refunds and demat credit around October 21. Once allotment is out, applicants can check their status with the registrar, KFin Technologies.

Moneycontrol reported that the fresh-issue proceeds will mostly go toward repaying or prepaying borrowings and toward investment in two step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited, to upgrade IT tools such as Arya and MindVoice. Chittorgarh’s objects table breaks that down: about ₹275.70 crore for debt repayment, about ₹61.15 crore for the Omind IT upgrades, and the rest for acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

With QIB demand still thin and retail interest solid, the final few hours of bidding will shape how the book closes. For where IPOs fit in a wider portfolio, read our IPO investing in India guide, and follow the day’s tape on stock market today India.
