The Nestle India Q2 results date is Thursday, 15 October 2026. On that day the board will take up unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the second quarter and half-year ending 30 September 2026. This isn’t just a street calendar guess: it comes from Nestlé India’s own exchange intimation dated 25 September 2026 to BSE (scrip code 500790) and NSE (symbol NESTLEIND). The same letter shuts the trading window for designated persons from 1 October through 17 October 2026, both days included, as SEBI’s insider-trading rules require.

It’s going to be a packed Thursday. ET Markets counts about 129 companies reporting Q2 FY27 this week and puts Nestlé India on 15 October with IT names Wipro, Tech Mahindra and Persistent Systems, plus Jio Financial Services and a few others. Wipro’s own press release confirms it will put out results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 that same Thursday after Indian market hours. So anyone tracking FMCG and IT will have two heavy sets of numbers to get through in one evening.

Nestle India Q2 results date: what Q1 already showed

The most recent full scorecard we have is Q1 FY27. In the 22 July 2026 board outcome and press note, Nestlé India reported total sales of ₹6,363.3 crore, up 25.4% year on year, with domestic sales growing 25.0%. EBITDA margin came in at 24.2% of sales. Profit after tax was ₹975.1 crore, 47.9% higher than the year-ago quarter, and earnings per share were ₹5.06 (not annualised). The press note also said advertising spends were up over 40% and that all four product groups posted strong double-digit growth. That’s the bar the street will hold the September-quarter PDF up against on 15 October.

Look at the unaudited standalone figures in the same filing and the June-quarter base gets clearer: sale of products of ₹63,632.7 million (₹6,363.3 crore), revenue from operations of ₹63,781.8 million and reported EBITDA of ₹15,381.3 million. For Q2, the questions are fairly specific. How much of the growth is volume and how much is price? What are commodity costs doing (the Q1 note already called coffee, cocoa, edible oils and dairy mixed)? And can a mid-20s EBITDA margin hold with brand spend running this high?

Why 15 October matters for FMCG watchers

Nestlé India is a large-cap staple, so its Q2 numbers feed into stock-specific models and the wider FMCG read, coming after a week in which rate-sensitive and discretionary names have swung around. Put the Nestlé release next to the IT and NBFC results the same day, and then the private-bank cluster on Saturday, 17 October (HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank, per ET Markets), if you’re mapping which sectors lead into the second half of October.

Until 15 October, Q1’s 25.4% sales growth and 24.2% EBITDA margin are the last official run-rate, not a forecast. The board meeting will tell us September-quarter sales, the domestic and export split, EBITDA, PAT and whether there’s an interim dividend, and none of that is known until the outcome filing comes out.
